My name is Stephen Hall and I am a 22 year old student. I grew up in White Bluff Tennessee with my mom, dad, younger brother and older sister. I participated in basketball and baseball and attended White Bluff Church of Christ on a regular basis. When I was in high school and began to be involved in a number of things that were going on in the community such as Student Council and the Jr. Pro basketball league.

After high school I went to Lipscomb University. It was there I deepened my love and devotion to Christ. Not long after being there my freshman year I found the path in which God was leading me to. I began a major in history teaching with a bible minor. Not long after that I also found someone who would help me along my path and become the love of my life, Shawn Coomer. Shawn and her family are regular members here at First Pres and invited me to visit often. I am blessed to now have Shawn as my wife and to enjoy a long and happy life with her.

It was at our rehearsal ceremony when I had first been offered a place here at First Pres by Mark DeVries. I brought the position up as a possibility to Shawn and we both decided it would be a great idea. I am now attending Austin Peay State University to finish my degree in history. I plan to graduate in the spring/early summer. I plan to either become a high school history teacher or possibly look into find a job in youth ministry. I have not settled for sure, but I am more than willing to see where God will lead me next.
