2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR
APPLICATION PROCESS
A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 must be received before your application is processed.
Priority for acceptance is as follows:
- Current FP Early Preschool students
- Siblings of current students
- Children of church members and EP alumni
- Open registration applicant
Please complete the Early Preschool application online, indicating days and/or options desired. Your application is not complete until the $75 application payment is received. The due date for 2012/2013 Early Preschool Applications is January 27, 2012. After this date applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis.
TUITION/DEPOSIT AND SUPPLY FEE
There are two tuition payment options.
1. Tuition may be paid for the year in one lump sum with the non-refundable supply fee.
This payment is due May 1, 2012. If your child needs to leave the program for any reason, you will be refunded a prorated amount of tuition equal to 1/9 of the total tuition payment per month left in the school year provided we receive a written notice at least 30 days in advance of the child leaving. If this notice is received before school starts, 1/9 of the yearly tuition will not be refunded.
2. Tuition may be paid on a monthly basis. A deposit in the amount equal to your monthly tuition rate and the non-refundable supply fee are due May 1, 2012. The deposit is a non-refundable fee but will be applied to your May tuition payment. After school has started, if your child needs to leave the program for any reason, we can apply the deposit to the child’s last month as long as we receive a written notice at least 30 days in advance of the child leaving. Monthly tuition payments begin on September 1, 2012.
EXTENDED HOURS
Extended Care
Early care will be offered from 8:00-9:00 each morning. After care will be offered from 2:30-3:30 on full days of school. A deposit equal to one month extended hours fee will be due on May 1, 2012. Like our tuition policy, this deposit will be applied to your child’s May “Extended Hours” fee. If your child withdraws from our Extended Hours program, the deposit will be applied to the child’s last month, provided we received written notice one month in advance.
Class structure
There are 2 teachers assigned to every class. Polliwogs must be able to walk and eat independently. Only one naptime, after lunch, is offered to Polliwogs. The Firefly and Dragonfly class are Pre-K classes for 4 and 5 year olds. Parents may choose 3, 4 or 5 days but must commit to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
