Age Groups: Parents of students in our sixth-grade Confirmation Class
Curriculum: Colyer and Drew Robison lead the study in a review of the Confirmation Class studies as well as a parenting curriculum. The spring parenting series is Raising Rock Solid Kids in a Pleasure Driven World by Kevin Lehman. The group spends the first 30 minutes of the class period viewing Dr. Lehman on DVD...he's a very funny and informatiave teacher! Then the remainder of the class is spent checking in with each other, going over discussion questions and just talking about whatever bubbles up.
